Dear Travel Agent,

I hold a special place in my heart for you and dedicate this section of the site to your professional and financial happiness (something I never quite achieved but still dedicate my life to our friendship). I understand the financial realities of the travel agency business today, and was able to sell mine a year before 9/11/01. So I know how the airlines dumped the small ma & pa operations, and I want to serve them the most.

So I feel an imperative duty to try to provide the small travel agency operations with the best ground transportation services. #1, we don’t charge extra for picking you up at 2:30am in the morning at SEATAC like my colleagues do. We don’t charge you a full penalty fee for no shows because you accidentally double booked and lost track of who's who like my competitors do, its ok, it happens to everybody. But we do call you the night before to reconfirm, unlike the other guys, we do offer 1/2 off to actively employed travel agents, in the interest of your friendship and peace of mind referrals. Is your matriarch or patriarch over 90? We offer them a free ride to the airport, modest tip requested.

These are some of the ways that I decided would be meaningful to honor and serve you best, because with me, money is the last priority. But God bless you for helping pay my bills and save for my grand daughters college education.
